Useful Patient Information

We are still open, however, as per our governing body we are limited by the services that we can provide during lockdown. This does not mean that we can’t book you in and treat you, instead, if you can email us in regards to an appointment we can advise from there. You will see that all of our appointments are booked out for the remainder of January. If you want more information regarding appointments, email

What safety precautions are in place following the Coronavirus Pandemic?

The therapist will sanitise all surfaces that you will come into contact with. Upon arrival you will be offered some sanitiser for your hands, and a mask if you do not have one. Further to this, the therapist will use fresh towels for every client, a paper towel will be put down on the bed and changed for every client and the bed will be thoroughly wiped down with antibacterial wipes. What we do ask is that if you have any COVID-19 symptoms prior to your appointment, you should contact with at least 24-hours notice to cancel.

How do I pay?

We accept cash or card payments. We take all card types and Apple Pay, with card payments the preferred method.

What do I need to wear for my initial assessment?

Please wear shorts and a loose fitting t-shirt or a sports shirt. This will make the treatments that we decide to use easier to perform to the high level we aim for.

Is there parking available?

Yes parking is available on the drive, if there is no space then parking on the road outside of the house is fine. Parking is free but please be considerate though to our neighbours.

How much notice is required, should I need to cancel my appointment?

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, otherwise you may still be charged for the session.

Will I get the full appointment time, even if I am late?

Due to other bookings the length of appointment you book is the time you get. To prevent over-running into other clients appointments there will be no time added on to your session.

Will I need further treatments, once I have recovered?

This is very dependent on the injury sustained and also what activities you are doing. Some people prefer to have a regular session as body maintenance and to make sure they’re feeling physically able. This is all very dependent on the individual.

How many treatments will I need?

This is hard to say a general amount until you have been assessed. We will guide you after the initial assessment on the amount of treatments we think you will need initially, but it will also depend on how your body reacts to the treatment. We will also give guidance on exercises to help you stay injury free and ways in which you can speed up the recovery process.

If I pay for the 4 session package, how do I book the subsequent appointments?

You can decide how you want to do this; you can either do this all in one go or you can book it as and when you require a treatment.
